I work one-to-one with recreational sports clients, sports enthusiasts, and clients with weight management issues. I deep dive into their personal health history, lifestyle, and nutritional choices to create a personalised health & wellness plan and help them in achieving their unique goals.

Personalised Nutrition & Wellness Programmes:

Have you lost weight before following different diets only to gain it all back and more? Do you find yourself confused by mixed messages from facebook, instagram and go into a spiral of right & wrong? Do you find yourself eating less but still gaining weight? Would you like to understand why your body wont do what you tell it when it comes to food?

Would you like to be bursting with energy and be able to do whatever you like, be it personal best performance or just happy to run without worrying about aches and pains.   • 8-week programme

  • 90-minute initial consultation to explore symptoms, health history, family history, lifestyle, and stress

  • Tailored nutrition plan based on underlying symptoms or dis’ease.’

  • Menu plans based on likes/dislikes or illness consideration

  • Weekly 30-minute progress review calls and support

  • 40-minute zoom call at 4 weeks to review progress and make changes as required

  • Supplement protocol

  • Nutrition to fit weight loss, muscle health, hormone balance, autoimmunity, food allergies & intolerances

  • Recommendation for clinical tests & interpretation

12 sessions (weekly)  |  12 weeks  

Have you lost weight before only to gain it all back and more? Do you find yourself eating less but still gaining weight? Do you want to understand why your body won’t do what you tell it when it comes to food? You may be someone who needs plenty of support to keep you on track, needing support to create new habits. From experience, I have found it best to work with people over a 12 week period, book in and start your health journey!

  • 90 minutes in-depth personal consultation uncovering common barriers, limiting beliefs, detailed health and lifestyle assessment to find out the root causes of the imbalance

  • Weekly 30-minute progress review calls and coaching

  • Healthy shopping list

  • Menu plans & recipes – Support and guidance in planning menus based on individual health conditions, likes/dislikes, traditional and cultural preferences

  • Personalised coaching to support new food choices & habits

  • Recommendation for clinical tests and interpretation

  • Nutrition & lifestyle education & guidance handouts for any underlying health condition – to read and understand in your own time

  • Current medication & nutrient interaction evaluation
